Approved | Character Dwelling Renovations – Brisbane

JREY®, trading as Urban Planners Queensland, secured development approval from Brisbane City Council for a residential renovation project in Brisbane.

The approval included Development Permits to Carry Out Building Work for both dwelling house alterations and minor demolition within the Traditional Building Character Overlay.

The development application was assessed under Brisbane City Plan 2014, including compliance with the Character Residential (CR2 – Infill Housing) Zone Code, Dwelling House (Small Lot) Code, Ithaca District Neighbourhood Plan Code, Flood Overlay Code, and the Traditional Building Character (Design and Demolition) Overlay Codes.
