Approved | ‘Other Change’ Application – Gold Coast

JREY®, trading as Urban Planners Queensland, secured development approval for a Gold Coast client following a successful ‘other change’ application.

The original development approval for a new dwelling on a rural property had been previously obtained by the JREY team. Following approval, the client elected to relocate an existing building to the site in place of the originally approved dwelling design. As the proposed building differed materially from the approved plans, an ‘other change’ application was required to regularise the revised proposal.

JREY prepared and lodged the change application, including all supporting documentation necessary to demonstrate continued compliance with the planning framework and approval conditions. Council subsequently endorsed the amended proposal, enabling the project to proceed with certainty.
