Common questions.
-
Pricing for each Masterclass and Workshop is clearly listed on the booking page.
These sessions are intentionally priced to be accessible, while still reflecting the value of direct access to Jessica’s professional planning experience. As a result, free sessions are not offered. This ensures fairness to paying participants and allows sessions to remain practical, focused, and high quality.
For many people, these sessions are the most affordable way to work with Jessica without engaging full town planning or DA services, while still getting real, applicable insight.
-
Masterclasses and Workshops are scheduled based on demand, rather than on a fixed or recurring timetable.
Because sessions are kept intentionally small and focused, we cannot guarantee a set number of sessions or regular schedule. New sessions are released when demand allows and when topics are most relevant.
To avoid missing out, we recommend joining the waitlist or booking when sessions are released, as places are limited and may not be repeated.
-
If you attend the session and genuinely feel you didn’t get anything of value from it, we’re happy to refund your payment.
That said, this outcome is not expected. These sessions are designed to be practical, focused, and packed with real-world planning insight, and the vast majority of participants leave with clear takeaways they can apply immediately.
To be eligible for a refund, requests must be made within 12 hours of the session ending
-
These sessions are best suited to people who are early in their site-finding or development journey and want to better understand how planning controls affect development potential.
They’re particularly valuable for investors, small developers, builders, property consultants and owner-developers who want clarity before committing to a purchase or next steps.

Jessica Reynolds is a QLD based town planner and development advisor who helps people make clear, confident decisions about property development before they commit serious time or money.
With extensive experience navigating planning schemes, overlays, and development constraints, Jessica is known for her practical, straight-talking approach. She specialises in cutting through planning complexity to answer the question most people actually care about:

Jessica works closely with small developers, investors, builders, and owner-developers, particularly in the early stages of site selection and feasibility, where the right advice can save.
Alongside her consultancy work, Jessica runs planning-led masterclasses, workshops as Lunch & Learn sessions, designed for people who want to understand planning controls, navigate council mapping systems, and assess development potential with confidence without needing to become planners themselves.
Her work is grounded in real-world decision-making, not theory, and focuses on clarity, risk management, and honest advice even when the answer is “don’t touch it.”
