Preliminary Planning Reviews

Who is this For

Strategic Planning Due Diligence Before You Proceed

A Preliminary Planning Review is a structured, fixed-fee assessment of a specific site, undertaken to identify planning constraints, approval risk, and strategic considerations before further capital is committed.

This service is not hourly advice and is not intended to be a low-cost planning opinion or sales document for real estate agents.
It is professional due diligence designed for clients making high-value development decisions.

How It Works

  • After you complete the booking form we will issue you with a fee quote. Once accepted we will move to Step 2.

  • A structured discussion to confirm:

    • Development product parameters

    • Preferred local government areas

    • Risk tolerance and approval expectations

    • Review of the current statutory planning scheme applying to the site

    • Consideration of any draft or emerging planning scheme provisions

    • Assessment of zoning, overlays, and relevant codes

    • Review of existing approvals on the subject site, where publicly available

    • Consideration of surrounding development approvals and planning context

    • Identification of key planning constraints and risks

    • Commentary on the likely approval pathway

    • High-level strategic planning advice and recommended next steps

This is not a planning report or real estate document.
    It is a decision-support document.

  • A dedicated meeting to:

    • Walk through the report

    • Discuss risks, constraints, and opportunities

    • Clarify next steps and escalation pathways
