JREY, trading as Urban Planners Queensland, has secured development approval on the Gold Coast for a Material Change of Use for a Health Care Service within the Neighbourhood Centre Zone.
The approval enables the establishment of a community-based health care facility that supports accessibility and responds to the growing demand for local health services. The proposal was carefully planned to integrate with the surrounding centre, ensuring functional, efficient and compliant outcomes.
The development application was assessed under the Gold Coast City Plan, including the Neighbourhood Centre Zone Code, Commercial Design Code, Transport Code, Healthy Waters Code, Vegetation Management Code, and Regional Infrastructure Overlay Code, along with relevant general and servicing provisions.
This outcome reflects a strategic planning approach and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, allowing the project to move forward with certainty and confidence.
