
JREY® was pleased to provide our client with a development permit for a new pool and associated deck from Moreton Bay Regional Council.
Whilst a small building work application, the permit requirement was triggered by the following codes:
> required assessment against ‘Earthworks’ and ‘Environmental Areas’ section of of Dwelling house code (assessable development)
> required assessment against PO2 of Coastal hazard overlay code (assessable development)
MBRC reviewed our documentation and agreed to issue Council approval against the following codes of the planning scheme:
• Coastal hazard overlay code (requirements for accepted development)
• Coastal hazard overlay code (assessable development)
• Dwelling house code (requirements for accepted development)
• Dwelling house code (assessable development)
• Flood hazard overlay code (requirements for accepted development)
• State Code 8 (Coastal development and tidal works)
