Approved | Dwelling House Extensions – Camp Mountain

JREY®, trading as Urban Planners Queensland, secured development approval for building works to an existing dwelling house within the Moreton Bay Regional Council area.

The approved works relate to a high-set, single-level dwelling constructed on pier and pole foundations in response to the site’s steep topography at Camp Mountain. The development includes a minor extension to the south-east wing of the dwelling, along with the construction of a new pool area.

Due to the nature of the works, a limited amount of vegetation clearing was required and approved as part of the development permit.

This approval reflects a considered planning approach that balances site constraints, environmental considerations and residential amenity outcomes.
