Approved | Swimming Pool and Pool House – Moreton Bay Region

JREY, trading as Urban Planners Queensland, secured development approval for a swimming pool and associated pool house within the Moreton Bay Regional Council area.

The approved works include the construction of a swimming pool, pool fencing and balustrading, a pool filter room with stair access, an adjoining deck and a shade structure. The proposal was carefully designed to integrate with the existing property while meeting all relevant planning requirements.

The development was assessed under the Moreton Bay Regional Planning Scheme 2016, including compliance with the Rural Residential Zone Code and applicable state planning provisions. Council’s assessment confirmed the proposal met the required outcomes of the planning scheme, enabling the development permit to be issued.
