We’re excited to share that Urban Planners Queensland by JREY® has received development approval for a new home in the heart of Brisbane, designed by the brilliant team at GreenCoast Design.

The home brings together smart architecture and considered design to create a genuinely functional and beautiful living space.

A key feature is the third storey, which accommodates the garage, storage, foyer and stairs. This level has been carefully designed to work with the site’s natural topography, rather than against it.

By responding to PO2(c) of the dwelling house code, the design sits comfortably within its surroundings and feels right at home in the landscape.

Rooftop gardens and a thoughtfully planned landscape will add layers of greenery, reinforcing the leafy character of the area and enhancing the overall feel of the site.
